These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Air Indus website operated by Air Indus (Pvt) Ltd (“Air Indus”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Air Indus is relaunching its operations. This website is currently informational: routes, fares, schedules and destinations shown are planned and indicative only, are subject to change, and are subject to the approval of the relevant civil aviation authorities. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or guarantee of any particular flight, route or fare.

2. Use of the website

You agree that you will not:

• use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• submit false, misleading or another person’s information through our forms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with or disrupt the website or its systems;

When you submit our newsletter, travel-partner (agent) or career forms, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. When flight bookings become available, all travel with Air Indus will be subject to our full Conditions of Carriage and fare rules provided at the time of booking. Key conditions are expected to include:

• Reservations: a reservation is confirmed only once a booking reference has been issued and payment received; payment may be required within a specified time or the reservation may be cancelled.
• Tickets: fares and tickets are subject to the applicable fare rules, which may include restrictions, non-refundable conditions and change fees.
• Baggage: checked and cabin baggage allowances, excess-baggage charges, and restrictions on prohibited and dangerous goods apply as published.
• Check-in: passengers must complete check-in and be at the boarding gate by the published deadlines; failure to do so may result in cancellation without liability.
• Liability: our liability for passengers and baggage is limited in accordance with applicable law and international conventions, and claims must be made within the published time limits.

The Conditions of Carriage published at the time of booking will prevail over this summary.
