Air Indus (Pvt) Ltd (“Air Indus”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. • Newsletter / updates: your email address when you sign up to hear about our launch, routes and fares.
• Travel partner (agent) applications: your name, business or agency name, email address, phone number, city and any message you provide.
• Career applications:your name, email address, phone number, the position you are applying for, and the CV / résumé you upload (which may contain further personal information you choose to include).

Information we collect automatically

When you visit our website we may collect limited technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and how you interact with our pages, using cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).

3. How we use your information and our legal basis

• To send you updates you requested - on the basis of your consent.
• To review and respond to your agent or career application, and contact you about it - on the basis of your consent and our steps taken at your request.
• To operate, secure and improve our website - on the basis of our legitimate interests.
• To comply with legal or regulatory obligations where applicable.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the website work and, with your consent, to understand how it is used. We use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) to measure traffic and improve our content. These analytics cookies are only set where consent is required after you have agreed. You can manage or withdraw your cookie preferences at any time through your browser settings or any cookie controls we provide on the site.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract and appropriate safeguards, including:

• Google - form submissions are recorded in Google Sheets, and analytics are provided by Google.
• Vercel - our website hosting provider, which also securely stores uploaded CV files.

We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation or a competent authority.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers are located outside Pakistan. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with applicable data protection law.

7. How long we keep your data

• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
• Agent applications: for as long as needed to assess and, where relevant, manage the partnership.
• Career applications: for the duration of the recruitment process, and for a reasonable period afterwards for unsuccessful candidates, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, to request a copy of it, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@airindus.com.pk. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

10. Children

Our website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

Our website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.
