Check-in

At Air Indus we plan to ensure that your check-in is a secure, fast and pleasant process. Please read the instructions below so that you or other passengers are not inconvenienced at check-in time

Baggage check-in opens 2 (two) hours prior to the scheduled time of departure. Check-in desks close strictly 30 minutes before scheduled departure time.

Air Indus recommends that passengers check in 2(two) hours prior to scheduled departure. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and deny you boarding if you do not comply with the check in deadline.

Any passenger not having completed check-in formalities and be in receipt of a boarding card within the above timeline will forfeit their seat and no compensation will be given. You will be expected to purchase a new ticket on the next available service.

Passengers are required to show their booking confirmation and CNIC at check-in. If you have booked online and paid via credit card the card holder must be one of the passengers and will be required to show their credit card. Please note that failure to produce the booking confirmation could result in the airport authorities refusing travel.

Passengers with special requirements or special needs are advised to check-in 3 (three) hours prior to departure and make themselves known at the designated Air Indus check-in desk.

Those traveling in groups must check-in individually. Group check-in is not permitted.

Air Indus reserves the right in its absolute discretion to refuse you boarding or checking-in for reasons of safety or security.

Air Indus will make every attempt to maintain scheduled departure and connections. However, in the event of delays, Air Indus cannot be held liable.
